Payment

Also, the payment deadline is 3 days. Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed, your order will be automatically canceled.
Q. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

A. Please be sure to check the payment method when placing your order, as it cannot be changed after the order has been completed. If you absolutely must change the payment method, please cancel your order and purchase again.

Regarding delivery
Q: When will the product be shipped?

A. Since this is made to order, it will be shipped within 10 days of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
*For customers who pay at convenience stores, the item will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.Q: Which delivery company will I use?

A. If you purchase multiple T-shirts, they will be shipped via Yamato Transport. If you purchase only one T-shirt, they will be shipped via Japan Post mail (Click Post).

Cancellation and change of order
Q: I would like to change my order. Is this possible?

A. Yes, as long as it is before the product is shipped. If you wish to make a change, please let us know the order date, order number, order details, and the product name, size, color, etc. that you wish to change using the "Inquiry Form " on this website.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests if the product you wish to change is out of stock.Q: I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?

A. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the order date. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the " Inquiry Form " on this website, stating the order date, order number, and order details.
Q.I would like to return or exchange my order. Is this possible?

A. We take every precaution when shipping your ordered items, but we will only accept returns if the item is defective or different from the item you ordered (only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item). We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
About the product
Q: What are the sizes?

A. T-shirts are standard men's sizes. Please note that due to the nature of the product, there may be a slight error (0.4 - 1.5 inches).
*If you are petite and want an oversized look, choose a size L or larger and you will be able to wear it relatively loosely (according to our staff).
About washing
Q.Is there a way to wash the print so that it lasts longer?

A. Due to the nature of the ink, fading may occur after washing. To ensure long-term use, we recommend the following washing method.
- Place inside out in a laundry bag (to protect the print)
- Do not use bleach or tumble dry
- After washing and spin-drying, dry in the shade immediately (if left for a long time, the printed surface will tend to stick together).
- Do not rub the fabric when washing (as this may cause the ink to bleed)

Q: Can I have it gift wrapped?

A. We do not accept requests for gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.
