Terms of service

<p data-mce-fragment="1">These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Prospelago Inc. <li>The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of user IDs and passwords by third parties unless the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.</li>

<h4>Article 4: Sales Contracts</h4>

<li>In this Service, a sales contract shall be established when a User applies for a purchase to the Company and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the product shall transfer to the User when the Company delivers the product to the carrier.</li>
<li>The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the User if the User falls under any of the following conditions:

<li>Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation methods, and return methods for this Service shall be determined separately by the Company.</li>

<h4>Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights</h4>
<p>The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided by this Service belong to the Company and the legitimate rights holders such as Content providers. Users shall not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise reuse such Content without permission.</p>
<h4>Article 6: Prohibited Acts</h4>

<h4>Article 10: Disclaimer and Warranty</h4>

However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding this Service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.
