Correction of Personal Information When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is not true, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, our shop will conduct necessary investigations without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, and, based on the results, perform the Correction, etc. of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if a decision is made not to perform the Correction, etc., our shop will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to perform the Correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information When a customer requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance or that it was acquired by false or other improper means, and if it is found that there is a reason for the request, our shop will perform the Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply if our shop is not obligated to perform the Suspension of Use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
